Shipping Policy


1.0 Dispatch

1.1 Once an item has beendispatched, theBuyermayreceive a trackingnumbervia email. IfnoemailaddresswassuppliedbytheBuyer, directcontacttothe Seller viatelephonewill be requiredtoreceivetheorder'strackingnumber.

1.2 AYB willendeavourtodispatchandprovide an itemwithintheadvertised time framehoweverthe Seller cannotacceptresponsibilityforanyunforeseendelays. The Seller willcontacttheBuyerifanyknowndelaysoccur. TheBuyermay not be notifiedif a delayorissue is not known.

1.3 Inthecase of theBuyer not receiving a dispatchnotificationorcommunication of delay, it is theBuyersresponsibilitytonotify AYB.

1.4 AYBwill not be heldliableforanydelays in dispatchingitemswithintheadvertised time frame.

 

2.0 Delivery

2.1 AYB usesvariousdeliverycompaniesto deliver itemstotheBuyer.

2.2 Once an item has beendispatched, theresponsibilityforthesafetyand transit of thegoodfalls on thecourier.

 

3.0 DelayedItem

3.1. AYB does not acceptresponsibilityforanyunforeseendelays in delivery of an itemtotheBuyer, including but not limitedto:

3.1.1 Thecourierhavingdifficultiesfindingthedeliveryaddress.

3.1.2 AnyerrorsincurredbytheCourierprocessingthedelivery.

3.1.3 TheBuyersupplying an incompleteorincorrectdeliveryaddress.

3.2 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertoacknowledgeandunderstandthetracking of an itemduring transit.

3.2.1 AYBwillprovidetrackingdetails of an ordertotheBuyer.

3.2.2 Inthecase of theorder not beingreceivedbytheBuyerwithintheagreed time frame, it is theresponsibility of theBuyertonotify AYB. AYB endeavourstorectifyanyissues.

3.3 Therewill be a re-deliverychargeleviedtotheBuyerif an item is returnedto AYB as a result of theBuyersupplying an incompleteorinaccurateaddressorthecouriersthreefaileddeliveryattempts.

3.4 AYB will not be heldliableforanycostsincurredtotheBuyerdueto a delay in delivery of an order.

 

4.0 Item Not Received

4.1 AYB willprovidetrackingdetails of an ordertotheBuyer.

4.1.1 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertoacknowledgeandunderstandthetracking of an itemduring transit.

4.1.2 Inthecase of theorder not beingreceivedbytheBuyerwithintheagreed time frame, it is theresponsibility of theBuyertonotify AYB. AYB endeavourstorectifyanyissues.

4.2 It is theresponsibly of thebuyertonotify AYB ifthetrackingnumbershows an item has beendelivered but goodshave not be received.

4.2.1 Subsequenttothereport of a missingitem, AYB willnotifythecouriertoopen an investigation. Thisprocess can takeupto 8 workingdaysstartingfromthedayaftertheinspection is raised. TheBuyermustagreetocooperatewiththecourier'sattemptstoverifytheitemslocation.

4.2.2 Followingthecourier'sinspection, in thecasethattheitem has not beendelivered, thecourierwillissue AYB with a claimnotification. AYB willonlyrefundtheitemordispatch a replacementitemoncethecourier'sclaimnotification has beenreceived.

4.2.3 Inthecase of a missingoriginalitembeing re-deliveredbythecourieraftertheBuyer has alreadyaccepted a replacementitemor a refund of theoriginalitem, theBuyermustrefuseacceptance of the re-deliveredoriginalitem.

4.2.4 Inthecase of theBuyermistakenlyacceptstheoriginalitemafteralreadyaccepting a replacementitemor has received a refund of theoriginalitemthebuyermustnotify AYB as soon as possible.

4.3 Inthecase of a missingitem, theBuyeragreestomakereasonableattemptstolocatetheitem. i.e. Checkingwithneighboursorlocalaccesspoints.

4.4 AYB will not acceptliabilityforanycostsincurred on theBuyerdueto an itembeing not beingdelivered.

 

 5.0 MissingPartsorItem

5.1 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertocheckthecontents of thegoodsthoroughlyonce a delivery has beenmade.

5.1.1 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertonotify AYB of anymissingpartsoritemswithin 48 hours in orderfortheissueto be rectified.

5.2 Allinternalandexternalpackagingmust be retainedwhenreporting an itemorpart as missingregardless of itscondition.

5.3 Inthecase of a Buyerreportinganypartsoritemsmissing, AYB mayrequirephotographicimages of thepackagingtohelpexpeditethesituation.

5.4 SubsequenttotheBuyernotifying AYB of anymissingpartsoritemsupondelivery, AYB willcarryoutone of thefollowingoptions:

5.4.1 AYB willopen a courierinspectiontotryandfindanymissingpartsoritems. Thisprocess can takeupto 8 workingdaysstartingfromthedayaftertheinspection is raised. Once AYB has receivedconfirmationfromthecourierthattheyareunabletofindthemissingpartsoritems, AYB willdispatch a replacementitemorarrangefor a collectionandrefund.

5.4.2 AYB willoffer a partialrefund in settlement of anymissingpartsoritems.

5.4.3 AYB willsendoutthemissingpartsoritemsonly.

5.4.4 AYB willrequesttheBuyertoreturntheitemvia an agreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service. TheBuyermustprovide a copy of anyreceipts in additiontousingtheagreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service in orderto be reimbursedforanyreturncharges. AYB willonlyreimburseanycostsoncetheitemand a copy of anyreceipts has beenreceived. AYB reservestherighttorejectorgive a partialrefundiftheBuyerreturns an itemthatopposestheacceptedpre-agreedterms.

5.5 AYB will not acceptliabilityforanycostsincurred on theBuyerdueto an orderbeingdeliveredincompleteorwithmissingpartsoritems.
