Returns Policy


1.0 DamagedItem

1.1 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertocheckthecontents of thegoodsthoroughlyonce a delivery has beenmade.

1.1.1 It is theresponsibility of theBuyertonotify AYB of anydamagewithin 48 hours in orderfortheissueto be rectified.

1.2 Allinternalandexternalpackagingmust be retainedwhenreporting an item as damagedregardless of itscondition.

1.3 Inthecase of theexternalpackagingbeingvisiblydamagedupondelivery, it is theresponsibility of theBuyertosign as "damaged" withthecourierifthis is an option.

1.4 Refusing an itemupondeliverybasedsolely on thecondition of theexternalpackaging is not advised as theitemwithinmay not be defected.

1.5 Inthecase of a Buyerreportingtheitem as damaged, AYBmayrequirephotographicimages of thepackaginganditemtohelpexpeditethesituation.

1.6 SubsequenttotheBuyernotifying AYBof anydamagetothepackagingoritemupondelivery, AYB willcarryoutone of thefollowingoptions:

1.6.1 AYBwillopen a courierdamageinspection. Thisprocess can takeupto 8 workingdaysstartingfromthedayaftertheinspection is raised. TheBuyermustagreetocooperatewiththecourier'sattemptstoinsectthedamagedpackage. Oncethedamageditemorpackage has beenreturnedto AYB orthecourier has acceptedliabilityforthedamage, AYBwillreimbursetheBuyerwith a replacementitemor a fullrefund.

1.6.2 AYB willoffer a partialrefund in settlement of anydamage.

1.6.3 Inthecasethatpart of an item is damaged as opposedtothewholeitem, AYB  maysendoutthereplacementpartonly.

1.6.4 AYB willrequesttheBuyertoreturnthedamageditemvia an agreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service. TheBuyermustprovide a copy of anyreceipts in additiontousingtheagreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service in orderto be reimbursedforanyreturncharges. AYB willonlyreimburseanycostsoncetheitemand a copy of anyreceipts has beenreceived. AYB reservestherighttorejectorgive a partialrefundiftheBuyerreturns an itemthatopposestheacceptedpre-agreedterms.

1.7 AYBwill not acceptliabilityforanycostsincurred on theBuyerdueto an itembeingdelivereddamaged.

 

2.0 IncorrectItem

2.1 Inthecase of theBuyerreceiving an itemthat is incorrectfromwhatwasorderedtheBuyermustcontact AYB.

2.2 Allinternalandexternalpackagingmust be retainedwhenreporting an item as incorrectregardless of itscondition.

2.3 Inthecase of a Buyerreportingtheitem as incorrect, AYBmayrequirephotographicimages of theitemtohelpexpeditethesituation.

2.4 SubsequenttotheBuyernotifying AYB of anyincorrectitems, AYB willdetermineiftheitemdelivered is incorrectandwillcarryoutone of thefollowingoptions:

2.4.1 AYB willarrange a collection of theincorrectitem on anygivenworkingdayfromtheoriginaldeliveryaddress at theexpense of AYB. Subsequentto AYB receivingtheitems in originalconditionwithnodamage, thecorrectitemwill be dispatchedortheitemwill be refunded. AYB endeavourtodispatchnewitemswithin 48 hours of receivingincorrectitems.

2.4.2 AYBwilldispatch a newitemwithoutcollectingtheincorrectitem.

2.4.3 AYB willrequesttheBuyerreturnthedamageditemfor a refundusing AYB returnprocess at theexpense of the Seller.

2.4.4 AYB willrequesttheBuyertoreturntheitemvia an agreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service. TheBuyermustprovide a copy of anyreceipts in additiontousingtheagreed service with an agreedcourieror postal service in orderto be reimbursedforanyreturncharges. AYB willonlyreimburseanycostsoncetheitemand a copy of anyreceipts has beenreceived. AYB reservestherighttorejectorgive a partialrefundiftheBuyerreturns an itemthatopposestheacceptedpre-agreedterms.

2.5 AYB will not acceptliabilityforanycostsincurred on theBuyerdueto an incorrectitembeingdelivered.

 

 3.0 Buyers Right ToCancel

3.1 TheBuyer has therighttocancel an orderfromthe moment an order is placedandupto 30 daysonce an item has beendeliveredwiththeexception of madetoordergoods.

3.2 It is theBuyersresponsibilitytonotify AYB of theintenttocancel an orderwithinthe time frameagreed in theseterms.

3.3 TheBuyer'srighttocancelallowsfor a fullrefund of allpaymentsincludingstandarddeliverycosts. AYB will not refundanyenhanceddeliverycostsoptedforbytheBuyer. i.e. Nextdaydelivery.

3.4 Forreturnsdetailspleaseseethe AYB ReturnsPolicy.

 

4.0 Complaints

4.1 The AYB customer service teamareavailableduringofficialbusinesshours. Inthecase of theBuyer not beingsatisfiedwiththe service given, formalcomplaints can be directedtothe AYB complaintsdepartmentwhoseaddress is:AYB ULUSLARARASI TICARET VE TASIMACILIK A.S., Siteler Mah. 5.0 Returns

5.1 Thereturnspolicy on eachlistingoutlines; whenthereturnperiodbegins, thelength of thereturnperiodandthepersonorpersonsresponsibleforexpensesenduredbyreturnpostage. AYB does not acceptreturnsoutside of the time framestated in thereturnspolicy.

5.2 AllitemsincludingClick&Collectordersmust be sent tothe AYB returnsaddress. It is thecustomer’sresponsibilitytoensurethesafe transit of allreturneditems.

5.3 Allreturnsmust be authorisedby a AYB employeeandaccompaniedwith an RMA number.

5.5 Subsequentto AYB receiving a returneditemfromtheBuyer, AYB endeavourstoinspecttheitemwithin 7 workingdays. Oncetheinspection is complete, theBuyerwill be contacteddirectlyregarding a refundortoexplainanyissuesraised as a consequence of theinspection.

5.6 Subsequenttothe AYB inspection of a returneditem, whererequired, AYB endeavourstorefundtheBuyerwithin 7 workingdays. Refunds can only be issuedtotheBuyerviatheoriginalpaymentmethod.

5.7 Anyitemthat is madetoordercannot be cancelledorreturnedtothe Seller. TheBuyerwill be madeaware of anyitemthat is madetoorder in writingpriorto an orderbeingaccepted.
